N-Acetyl Semax Amidate is a lab-made version of Semax. Semax is a 7 amino acid peptide sold as a drug in Russia. This version adds two small caps. An acetyl group is added to the front end. An amide group is added to the back end. The caps are meant to slow how fast enzymes break it down. Plain Semax lasts only 2 to 3 minutes in the blood.
